Snow Drift Manor

Description
This is a player home located near whiterun. There is a map marker for easy locating. The house is pretty much the same as hyjerim( a player home in windhelm) except with a few additions including a working water well, basement and a bathroom. Hyjerim was always my favorite house but i hated the location. this house is located a short distance from whiterun up a small mountain.

House additions:

Stables with fence for horse
two Cows
Forge
Smelter
Workbench
tanning rack
secret room
Bathroom with toilet tub and sink
Fully functional well outdoors
basement with target range, mannequins, chests and display cases

Recent update:
No more shards on ground
No more butcher sighns
Better lighting
Bathroom
Doors on rooms
Basement

this was my first house mod. if you have any thoughts or suggestions let me konw. Thanks!

I noticed a reference , to " speak to lurius Liore" the same lurious of Wyrmstooth ??? , if so, and not everyone will have wyrmstooth , and if not , there will be some confusion ?

Hyjerim my favorate house too but with me not only is it's location horrid but the ppl arround town too unless you're a nord their out right rude soo adding this kills 2 birds with 1 stone no cruddy looking town with cruddy attitude residents my kinda mod thanks dude ! thumbs up
