Location: Amber Creek, Falskaar, on the edge of town

This is a small cottage I knocked up in an afternoon for my low level character. It's free - just walk right in - and contains a few chests for storage, a double bed, a bathroom (well, a bath and a bucket!), alchemy/enchanting stations and a couple of bookshelves.

Note: I have necessarily altered the navmesh in Falskaar. Tested with a companion and another nearby mod (Whetherstone House) - worked fine.

Now that the file size limit has been removed, perhaps Falskaar will be uploaded to Steam, but since I didn't create that mod, that's not up to me.

Just preserve the filepaths as they are in the download. If you point the archive extractor (WinZip, etc.) to the common\skyrim\Data folder, just extract them all to there and it will automatically put any subfolders into the right places

You have to install them into the Skyrim folder in your computer. In my particular case, that's:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data
