What's up with the ridiculously glowing paintings that can be found in some buildings?

I know they can be turned to normal paintings when you turn off mat_specular but that shouldn't be a thing I or others have to do on a regular basis for some dumb paintings.

im trying to join the server (monolithServers.com I custom city roleplay [server 1] ) its map is rp_truenorth_v1a_mrp the ping is only 22 at the moment

it wont work i freeze up at some thing called svb_muzzle then something else after . i downloaded the packs and it freezes up my entire computer still... is there a pack i need to download that has that svb_muzzle item in it?

Read the updates to check what we have changed the basics include like a overhauled shop turned into a casino with music etc, that we finish inside of the gamemode, and some other locations that we are fitting to work with our gamemode.

I expect to have a new update out soon that addresses a few more things we want.
