September 19th Note:

Due to a glitch in the matrix - well a bit of a game problem, the arc signs may be wonkey. This is out of my control - however until a fix is made <sprite="icons_00" name="arc_block_phaser"> you can remove that line from the offending arc sign and it will fix it. You can also wait. If this issue is not resolved, I will make a fix for it and upload it as a single arc sign blueprint with full instructions. You can find me on creativerse discord as well, just look for Starscream.

April 19th Note:

Please note that you may need to edit the arc signs a little in this update. Any that seem off kilter and not on their respective chests check the code. Ensure everything is in lower case - that should fix the problem. One example is on the Galactic column: <sprite="icons_00" name="LED_block"> is causing a problem and should be altered to look like this <sprite="icons_00" name="led_block">

March 5th note: The Valentines Blocks appear to have not been updated so if it hasn't please use this link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1656388175 to get the changed arc signs. Just leave the space, so the blueprint can be updated in future.

How to update an existing build of this storage room for February 2019's update:

Remove the following arc signs:
Holiday Boxes (with the heart shaped container)
leave two spaces from there to the right hand side, and remove the next two (check images for how it should be positioned. )
Remove forbidden block set arc sign
Remove Savannah grass Arc sign

Place the following touchstone under the blockphaser at the doorway: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1611076167

Replace the arc signs. use rotate to copy the nearby floor block position and replace floors.
(This how to is only meant people who have already build this storage room. If this is your first time, or you are building it on a new world or new location, disregard the above and just go ahead and build it.)

It's not pretty - but it functions.

This was designed mostly so that Starscream could plonk it down in a world and set up storage to their specifications in a quick way without the need to relearn where they put what.

This build uses a number of premium blocks, but it can easily be changed to anything you want. This build also uses a large amount of arc signs with pictures on them. You'll need arcstone - and lots of it.

This storage room also has an off the side processing and smelting area with 10 of each processors and smelters and easy to access storage of materials that is used in both areas. 

The armoury set up for all your combat needs. With spots for all current (at time of creation) swords and bombs – it now also includes 6 weapon racks

A mob kill box and localised dump/sorting chests so you can hoard drops until there is enough to warrant running around the storage room. Places for loads of recipes and a small kitchen with 9 cooking stations - why not 10? That alone is my secret. Now that book cases carry up to 24 items, its a great place to store your extra blueprints. 

This build should fit snugly into a 7 high room that has been excavated underground. You can connect it to the steps leading out. I recommend digging the ground under the arc sign area at least one block for ease of access, and also potential for adding teleports to collect mobs – and I also suggest the same-if you can for the ceiling. So a 7 high fits, a 11 high is recommended. The Mob kill box will be two blocks higher than the rest of the build, so simply dig those spots out by hand. 

I deleted most of the blueprint shots because it was of an ugly outside box. The top is largely accurate to floor layout. 

Building Suggestion:
I just built this in a world for a public storage area, and this is what I suggest doing.

It should produce an arc sign first so I strongly urge tracking down all the arc signs and putting them in first - you might need to pop a block down to find the next one from time to time. But finish the signs first(there are two that will show up nearer to completion of the project. Build the floor in next, and then work from the outside in.

I wish to apologise for re-organising the storage room as much as I did, but don't worry, I went through all of this myself – and I will try to at least suggest how to deal with this.

A third row of arc chests have been placed above the current existing ones – I am using the big ones in the demo build that is seen in here - which when I do a full storage room build update, it will be the containers of choice.

Pro tip: Rather than put arc chests in every wall place, I have shown an example of just putting blocks there, until the need for space arises. 

I tried to condense some sets, and then organise logically.

Protip:

Recommendation:
~ For best functionality of your mob spawning pads, place it directly under the storage room. leave 1 - 2 blocks space below arc signs.
~ Keep in mind you may need to visit the pad in order to trigger the spawning.

PLEASE NOTE: The teleporter in mob kill box needs a destination/location added. 

Notes:
Feb 15th: New release items are no longer "icons_00" but "icons_01" so if you manually change, ensure that you have that correct or else it will not show.
March 5th: For best spawning results - ensure that there is absolutely no lava level blocks in your corrupt spawner's chunk (16 x 16 x 16) use /chunkdebug to find out where you are in your chunks. (source Entuland, Playful support team)
