Hearthfire Imperial Housecarls

Description
Replaces the default costumes for the three new Hearthfire Housecarls with Roman Officer armor. The two males have the Officer's helmet and the female is without helmet.

Basically this is a very simple mod I created to make my housecarls look less like bandits and more like proper Imperials. I already had my Steward in Roman armor but it bugged me that my Housecarl for this newly built house looked like one of the guys that tried to rob me on my way to the lumbermill. Since this was my own little stronghold of Imperial power, I wanted Imperial troops walking the yard and not some merc wearing rusting iron. Since the NPC editor I used for my Steward won't work with Hearthfire NPCs I made this mod in its place. This gets the job done, all three Housecarls get re-outfitted with proper Roman armor and nothing else gets messed with. The Housecarls keep their default weapons, only the outfit is changed.

But I do like that it changes the default armor.

Or you could give them whatever armor you want with a simple console command after selecting them then entering "openactorcontainer 1"

What if I'm playing a stormcloak? Could you tweak the mod to were the housecarl's armor changes with your faction?

I always wondered why they stuck your slave in the ugliest stuff in the game, ugh. This looks a LOT better, thank you for a fine mod :-)

Your welcome guys, glad you like it!

Omg, this was exactly what I was looking for. My followers for Hearthfire bugged so they wont go away, so I can't give them armor, and this is just what I need!

oh and I know about the Nexus rayya mods, not interested in Nexus in any form, so again, thanks for putting this up

Thanks for this, I think the issue is general neglect for these housecarls. I looked everwhere for mods for Rayya, this one fixed up her nasty armor for me, and works well in game without any glitches so far.

I see a few people have tried this mod, everything is working ok with it I trust?

My first mod, and first upload to this workshop so lets hope I didn't botch the job.
