Description
You need SCP:CB NPC's (By CPTHazama) Site 19 (By kammorone If I spelt it right.)

And NPC spawning platforms.

(yayyyy) also press 1 to activate the spawn platforms. 0 to turn them off (DOES NOT USE NUMPAD NUMBERS)
