Are you getting bored of constantly playing Europe the same way? This mod changes that, making every culture to be their own state inside of Europe, adding a new playstyle to Europa Universalis IV.

*Update!* This is the first update of the mod where were able to fix nations and bring Balkanization to the Middle East, and Central Asia!
