I found this little easter egg while messing around in the beginning of act one of the arctic cruise. it's weird, trust me.

How to get up to the balcony (1st railing set)

FIRST,
make sure that you are in the bon voyage act of arctic cruise
If your game looks like this, you are doing it right.

these are what the balconies look like (for reference)


SECOND,
get up to this point right here (where a rift token originally was)

I don't care how you do it, just get up to this point. if you look to the right of the picture, you'll notice a 1st floor balcony. jump to it, and your game should look like this
"WOW, I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD ACCESS THIS AREA!!!1!"

Get On The Meme Trio's Level (Requires hax or modz)

Okay, This next step is a bit tricky. you could get to the first balcony in vanilla, but getting to the second one requires something special.

there are two ways to do this part

FIRST WAY: MOD MODE

Download any of these mods

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1174513422&searchtext= lowers the gravity

enable that mod in the mod menu, and it will become accessible on your hat wheel.

Do This. (I used astronaut's essentials)

SECOND WAY: IM GOING HACKER MODE

If you are an expert at coding and programming you'll probably want to do this in order to get up there the pro way.

step 1. go into settings and enable developer console. (it's found at the bottom of game settings)

step 2. after developer console has been enabled, press the tab button. a little green box will appear at the bottom of the screen

step 3. type in "enablecheats" into the green box (it's required to access any of the cheats)

step 4. after that, type in "ghost"

Congratulations! you now can fly anywhere!

After doing this, you will now be on the second balcony

walk to the end of the balcony, and you'll find the meme trio


It's a sight to behold isn't it?

it gets even stranger when the interact button shows up and you realize you deserve to converse with the trio/

I watched a video on youtube, if you hack the game and mess with the camera in mafia town there is a little green island with a sod off cheese. there is also one on top of a background building on the moon. there could be more, those are just the ones I remember.
