Описание
After a long time spent praying and hoping for a defunct, Windows XP era TTS advisor to come forward into Stellaris via the modding community, I eventually got bored and decided to bring it into reality myself.

Introducing the Microsoft Sam TTS Advisor Pack! Inspired by robots and the Machinima series "Arby n the Chief"

Everyone's favourite text to speech device can now lead your Machine Empire (or any other empire) to mediocrity and no-longer-supported levels of success, assuming of course he doesn't bluescreen at the worst possible time.

My first mod ever so I just need to mention that I had some issues. The main one being that I could not increase the volume on the voice files once I'd recorded them ((you may need to adjust the advisor volume to be higher than your other values))

Other than that it should all be tickety-boo. If you enjoy the mod please come back and say why. Likewise if you didn't, come and say why.

RIP this mod. Kept breaking the playlist for me, so it had to go. Really unnecessary.

My PC is in storage at the moment so I have not had the opportunity to update this advisor pack for some time, but once I have moved home and set myself up I will have a look at updating it.

Can I confirm if any users have still been able to use it or if its totally kaput as of now?

At first I thought this was going to be a silly meme mod, but when I used it I was pleasantly surprised at how well it's done and how well it works. Thumbs up all around.
