Italy Rework (UNNECESSARY WITH EMPEROR UPDATE)

As of the Emperor Update I will no longer be working on this mod as Italy has now been reworked. I might shift some ideas around here and there

Now updated for the Manchu update

This is a mod dedicated to reworking Italy to make the region more historically accurate and to generally expand the region.

This mod currently includes 24 new provinces, new ideas for Italy, Sicily, and Piedmont, and one new tag, San Marino.

I plan to rework more idea sets as well as generally improve the mod in the future.
This mod needs more testing, if you find bugs let me know.

I will not be adding historical rulers to san marino. One look at the wikipedia list page should tell you why.
