Introduction
The lists below cover every building you can build in Pathfinder Kingmaker, and what the requirements for it are. Because buildings don't even show up on your list unless you meet the requirements, it's very easy to find yourself going "Should I not build this windmill because it'll block a Sacred Grove? Oh, Sacred Groves require a Monolith. How do I get one of those?"

These lists are complete to the best of my knowledge, although they do not tell you how to unlock buildings which have event-based unlocks. I also didn't include upgrade information, although I may add it later. If there's anything else you feel is missing, please let me know in the comments.

Unlocking Tannery comes after leveling up either the Grand Diplomat or you Cultural advisor. Im leaning towards Cultural. Anyways, your advisor will come to you about a guy that wants to open a tannery in your lands beccause the smell is too much for anywhere else to accept him.

Tables are great.. Thanks. (2) questions: can slot number required be added & have they fixed the slot rotation issue yet?

I do plan on adding that, but that information is stored separately, so it's harder to track down. Most of them you can take a guess at, based on events that come up as you play, but that doesn't tell you which paths you need to take to actually unlock them.
