DESCRIPTION

Streets of Neon is an action mystery game that takes place in Outrun City. Multiple districts in the city are overrun with chaos. Gangs run rampant, corrupt cops do as they please, vigilantes try and maintain order, and sinister creatures are leaking from another universe known only as: The RetroVerse.

Tonight, Outrun City has turned into an all-out warzone. The Neon Knights, vigilantes of the streets, have taken up arms against the cops to try and take back control over the city. Meanwhile, in the shadows, the elusive Outcasts roam trying to take advantage of the chaos to fulfill their sinister plots.

As denizens of Outrun City, you will choose your role at random from the Character Deck. Once you have your Character, it is your job to uncover who the other players are in the city and kill the opposite faction…or you may have a different objective. Each Character has special abilities that they may use to gain the edge, but to use these abilities they must reveal themselves to the world. The goal is to find out who’s who and team up against the opposite faction. There are three factions:

COPS: The corrupt police force dead set on maintaining their version of order in Outrun City.
NEON KNIGHTS: Masked vigilantes with special powers ready to take back the city from corruption,
OUTCASTS: Shadow operators who have everything to gain from the chaos. The real threats to Outrun City.

OBJECTIVE

The objective to the game is to take control of Outrun City. This can be done by accomplishing the Win Condition on your Character Card. If you are a Cop or a Neon Knight, the team objective is to kill the opposite faction. If you are an Outcast, each Win Condition is unique to the character.

Alternatively, Neon Knights & Cops have a solo way of winning the game. Contract Cards give these two factions a completely separate way to achieve victory. Outcasts do not have this option.

This is a game of teamwork & deception. No one knows who is who until a person reveals. Neon Knights are on a team, Cops are on a team, and Outcasts are entirely solo.

Looks cool, but why is the rulebook in this weird "cards" format?

Make sure you cement your copy rights over it if you're making it all publicly available. You probably already know that but just incase.
