Mega's Tweaks

Description
A bunch of tweaks I made to my game's general rules. Decided to upload it cause some more people might enjoy it as well. This mod requires the "New Weapons Dissemination" mod because of a new start it has, which uses some items from it. You should download that mod regardless, even if you aren't gonna use this. It's just real good.

Changes include, but are not limited to: (Read patchnotes for after-launch changes)

- Higher max level with training dummies

- A new start (highly randomized, permadeath recomended)

- Item stack, weight and size changes, generally making you able to fit more of them in your inventory, but they weigh more.

- Attack speed adjusted for some moves, generally increasing their base speed, while a few animals' attacks have had their animation speed reduced (no more instant dog bites, iron spider whacks or elder gorillo punches).

- Slight changes in item pricing to make the early game more enjoyable, without you having to worry about mining 24/7 just to buy a few pieces of dried meat.

- Changes to wound degeneration rate. Unexperienced characters are much more likely to die, while tough veterans will put up one hell of a fight.

- Changes to blood recovery rate, bleeding characters over time is much more efficient.

- Changes to general damage multipliers and resistances. Battles should last a little longer in general, but weak characters probably won't get back up, while hulks will stay on the battlefield for longer.

- Attack slots increased from 1 to 4, so if you're outnumbered, you're much more likely to die.

- Faction, squads and squad size limits severely increased.

- Build, production and research speeds have been increased to reduce the ammount of AFK time overall.

- EXP rates have been raised across the board to balance out the fact that your new and inexperienced characters are much more likely to die.

This mod will drastically change the power difference between low and high level characters. If you see someone with over 90 toughness, for example, they'll be REALLY difficult to take down, while if you have experienced characters, you'll be able to overpower a much larger group of enemies.

I'm still balancing these global stats though. Let me know if you have any suggestions and stuff. Many things will change back and forth, so if you decide to try this out, I highly advise you to present your opinions, that way we can all tailor an experience we'll enjoy.

@Stoneskinsnake Sure thing! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1552374986

If that doesn't work, the author might've updated it, in which case I'll just have to update mine to the new version tomorrow (I've been away in a trip with my family, so I didn't have access to my computer until just now). If that's the case, just hang in there a little!

Hey Mega, can you provide a link to the mod that you need to make this one work? I tried finding it on steam, and apparently it's the wrong mod. (New weapons dissemination)
