Guide- How to get upgrade tomahawk (infallible)
Assuming that already you know how to get the Orange tomahawk, this guide begin already have this normal tomahawk.

How to get Hells Redeemer (correctly)

1. Getting the normal tomahawk, you must to kill about 15 zombies only with
tomahawk (without using guns, grenades and knife) in Alcatraz, until you listen the
sound similar a compressed air. Then, you can use weapons, grenades or knife in
Alcatraz.
2. The second step must do it since round 10 on the bridge (using the plane).
You could go before but you have to stay until at least the round 10. On the bridge you
must stay a whole round killing only with tomahawk (without using weapons,
grenades or knife) till you hear a sound similar heard it during step 1. After listen this
sound you can use weapons, grenades or knife.
3. Go back to Alcatraz and throw the tomahawk into the lava under the beast on the
wall close to the starting point of the game. You can throw from any of the 3 possible
points already either from the top down and its not necessary target the hole. You
will hear the same sound again and the tomahawk wont return back, so it means that
you have done everything correctly.
4. Pass to the next round, in afterlife mode take the upgrade tomahawk at the same
point where you got the normal tomahawk.
An important point of step on bridge you must do it since round 10.

I recommend try it first in solo mode, cause there are cases in co-op mode many troubles,
especially when the player has high ping. Even doing correct steps people cant get upgrade
tomahawk. You should try in Co-op mode being the host and probably nothing will happen with
low ping people.

Additional comments:
If you have problems with the step 3, try throw the tomahawk from diferent places, charge it more than 5 seconds, and try throw many times till get it. When i have high ping, usually i throw from the beast on wall side.

About the sound like compressed air. On Co-op match you should hear many sounds. If you hear it distant, means others players got the step. And if you hear it loud, means yours. When hear a big loud sound probably all players got the step.
