Form Iberia! (1.33)

Description
Form the Iberian Union as Spain or Portugal, giving you a new flag, and claims on the entire peninsula.

This is mainly just cosmetic; no new missions or events. The flag is also a historical anachronism, but I much prefer it to the base-game's Spanish flag.

I think theres a small bug in the mission tree, after forming Iberia all of the missions change to saying Iberia instead of Portugal, except for "Secure Trade" it still tells me Portugal must have the most trade power in the region, but I, who formed Iberia as Portugal, already did get the most trade power, but since im not
Portugal, i cannot complete the mission.

at least thats my current assumption, as i do have the most trade power.

I preffer the iberian flag than the actual flag of Spain.

consider changing the tag to something else as in the ET mod you end up forming Caucasian Iberia (which is pretty funny lol) but if it was a tag that didn't exist in this mod you'd effectively make it compatiable without having to change much other than just the tag
