Description
All this does is add three chests in whiterun along the retaining wall chest1. warrior chest adds warrior spells chest2. tatic chest adds tatical spells chest3. Destroyer Chest adds destuction spells. None of theses spells cost any magicka

i was hoping they would have atleast a little magicka cost. seems pointless for me to have 200% base magicka regen if im not exhausting it. but hey i will give it a try. see whats in store. thanks for sharing :)
