Cheaple Citizen NPC

Description
That's the citizen with low resolution model, used when citizens are seen from afar. (models/humans/group01/male_cheaple.mdl).
You can see him in Half-Life 2, here's video.
He cant hold any weapon, because model isn't bone merged.

(idk why i created this addon)
