What Is Dead May Never Die

Yuan Dynasty - Kublai Khan
UA: Mandate Lost
While at war, passively researches a technology from the enemy; their cities will take damage each turn once they are surpassed.

UU: Sao
Overwhelming Naval Unit produced in groups of three, but destroying one sinks all three. Only Yuan may build it.

UB: Secretariat
Courthouse replacement that doubles the amount of Units produced if your enemies have a larger combined army.

Supports YnAEMP v23, v24, and v25; CulDiv; JFDDLC; E&D; R.E.D.

Yeah like make no mistake this is Tar's mod, but he's ded and it's been like well over a year since I was set the onus of doing the decisions so w/e.

Bug reports should be directed to Tar's thread[forums.civfanatics.com] or my thread[forums.civfanatics.com] and should include logs and mod lists so that issues can actually be diagnosed.

@TarcisioCM: If you upgrade a unit to the UU, it doesn't become three units.

I do not know wether it is technical possible but it woul be nice to see the number of the fleet f.e. instead of the sail ;-)
As I already said: UB is worthless to me - the production of conquered cities is so much behind of my capital ...

Yes, my problem is my playstyle. I only build 3-4 Cities an begin with wars not before industrial era. And my only victory is the military. The next "problem" is, that I need no courthouses because I only play with marionettes. So, without this feature this civ is half so interesting.

It should be possible to build the Secretariat in all cities. I f.e. build units only in the city - so ...
