Boston Residence

Description
Hi community,

after some residential tests in the last few months, I made a small bundle of assets to publish. A modern looking residence and a matching semi-sunken garage. Maybe this is the beginning of a small series of residential buildings. Have some ideas, let's see what happens ...
The bundle also includes a growable version of the Boston Residence (High Residential - Level 4)

Please flat your terrain down before placing the garage building.

If you don't use Ploppable RICO, you will find this building in your Unique Building panel.

Merry Christmas!

You like my assets and want to support my work? That's cool! Thank you.

The below two mods are the current versions as of this text. They give you even more features of placing buildings. An alternative to using Plopabble Rico. I recommend using them. Enjoy.

Hi, I just wanted to come back to this workshop thread to say a big Thank you for the Boston buildings as well as the Scandinavian-style buildings that you have. A few notes, for those of you just gettingt these assets now. Here come some helpful notes for people like myself who have DLCs installed such as Green Cities districts:
Exsosus|Cryo| May 5, 2021 @ 8:15am
1. You do not need Ploppable Rico mod if you don't wan to. You may use Picker mod instead, which I'm using.
2. In Green Cities area of self-green buildings it's important to note that these buildings will not grow, because they're normal technology. Therfore have a different district, or a non-district for placing them without green cities rules! It is good to note in rule number two that ploppable Boston Apartments worked fine in any district area as they are 'Unique buildings' and do not count as residential.
3. It is important to make note of that if you plop unique buildings they count as tourist attractions not real apartments. To make them apartments, place the growable version in your residential non-green district!

Tested and confirmed all of the above.

Sincerely,
Exsosus

Hello @Markka88,
I lived in Boston in USA in a similar housing apartment complex: We had 2 full apartments per floor. So that's 2x 8 floors = about 16 households per building. Hope the math checked out for you too.

Best regards,
An ex-Boston living person. Lived there for 4 years studying at University of Massachusetts Boston.

Just wondering why you only have 16 households for this? The size of the apartments I would think it would be at least 30 each. They look roughly the size of the apartments near me and they have 30-40 living spaces a building.

Still! These look really nice. Job well done!

@jht_89 No it doesn't. Its function is to be a residential building with one household :)
