SunRail is a commuter rail service in the US state of Florida. The first stage opened on the 1st of May, 2014. Currently the service runs for a distance of 48.9 miles from DeBary to Poinciana, running through Orlando in the process. Amtrak also runs their Silver Star/Silver Meteor services along the SunRail route, on their way from New York City to Miami. There are currently 16 stations served by SunRail, which are as follows:

DeBary
Sanford
Lake Mary
Longwood
Altamonte Springs
Maitland
Winter Park
Florida Hospital Health Village
Lynx Central
Church Street
Orlando Amtrak
Sand Lake Road
Meadow Woods
Tupperware
Kissimmee
Poinciana

Service was extended south of Sand Lake Road in July 2018. A future extension will see the line go north of DeBary and terminate in DeLand. Services on this line run throughout the day during the week, with no weekend service. Average weekday passenger numbers is 3,400.

The locomotives on this line are a little unusual. They are called the MP32PH-Q, and SunRail operates 11 of them - being the only railway to operate this type of locomotive. The MP32PH-Q's are actually rebuilds of former Morrison Knudsen GP40WH-2's which were originally used by MARC - the Maryland Area Regional Commuter railroad. The GP40WH-2's were withdrawn from MARC service in the early 2010s, being replaced by MP36PH-3C's. Even though 11 GP40WH-2's were rebuilt as MP32PH-Q's, one GP40WH is still used by MARC - number 68, but only for maintenance duties. During the rebuilding, the locomotives received MPXpress-style cabs, but retained the narrow long-hood of the original design. The rebuilt locomotives arrived in Florida in early 2014, with the 11th locomotive - number 110 - not arriving until December 2017.

In addition to the MP32PH-Q's, SunRail also operate 20 Bombardier Bi-Level passenger cars - 13 cab-cars and 7 ordinary cars. Why they have so many cab-cars is beyond me.

Thank you for making this, SunRail is such an underrated service of commute nowadays. Always prefer this line of commute though.

If you mean an MP32PH-Q model, no chance. I can't do 3D models, and I certainly don't take requests anymore.

can you make mods for this?
