Adds Benin to the base game.

The Benin or Edo Empire was a large pre-colonial African state in what is now modern Nigeria; centered on the Niger River Delta. While it existed, the Benin Empire was an economic and political power that unified a large number of West African ethnic groups. At their height, the traditional city walls of Benin City are understood to have been one of the largest earthworks in not only Africa, but the world. Today, Benin's cultural legacy survives through the world famous Benin Bronzes, as well as the Oba of Benin who serves as the symbolic leader of the Edo people.

This is an update to my Gods and Kings mod which can be found here: Benin (Gods and Kings).

~~~
Note:
- This civilization requires the Brave New World expansion.
- Updates will most likely break saves. Do not update unless you are ready to start a new game.
@The World is a Sandbox
Thank you for your kind words on all my mods. They've had occasional bugs, but I worked hard throughout the life of Civ V to keep them updated and address any issues that did come up quickly. I'm really happy to see that that effort paid off and that you have enjoyed the mods. Thank you.
It has served me well to stay clear of Civ mods that have brief mentions of bugs in the Comments sections. They will likely break your game (learned the hard way). But it's only fair to turn it around: I've played with this mod forever and with all kinds of set-ups (Community Balance Patch, etc). Never had a problem. Recommend.
A lot of JFD's bigger mods require the CP which is just DLL changes (so stuff like AI, and new lua functions, etc.). The CBP is the balance and gameplay changes made by the pair (and requires the CP). I believe Vox Populi is the name of the two used together. You'll find most of the big mods from authors like Leugi, JFD, Sukritact, Poukai, myself will work with (or in some cases require the CP) but won't work with the CBP since that changes aspects of the base game our mods might also edit.
Actually nvm, i found the thread on civfanatics, i understand.
Oh, i thought that Rise to power, cities in development were reliant upon the CBP. Although i think the CBP and CP is two different things. Can you clarify this a bit?
