Historical Late Roman Names V2

Beskrivelse
This is essentially a more "in-depth" version of my original mod "Historically Accurate Late Roman Names." Whereas in that version I simply made "Flavius" the only praenomen that would appear, in this version I went through the entire Roman names list (not just the praenomina) disabled many names that were not fitting to the "Late Roman" era, or replaced them with fitting names.

My reasoning for creating this version was that upon going through the names list thoroughly, I realized that the list was mainly a copy-paste of the Rome II Roman names list. Many of the names of Roman Emperors from this time period were completely absent, while names that had fallen out of use among the Romans since the 2nd Century BC were still present and active in the list. I went through and added in the names of all Roman Emperors from the beginning of the 4th Century all the way up to Heraclius. Names that were used in the late 4th century or in the 5th century should be the most common, however.

Also, unlike the previous version in which I left female Roman names completely untouched, in this version I completely overhauled the female names list as well, with Aelia, Licinia and Aemilia being the only praenomina being used now, and Aelia being by far the most common, as is historically accurate for noble and imperial Roman women of this time period. The second names of Roman women I overhauled to be based off of the names of Empresses of the time and off of some famous female Christian saints

Notes: This mod is meant to be used if you remain Christian as the Romans. If you want to be pagan, you should probably either use the previous version of this mod or neither at all. This mod likely won't be compatible with anything that changes the names lists.

yeah.. that's a shame.
Thanks for the answer :)

@vavrinko(SK) it's been a while but I believe I just made all the other praenomen have an occurence of 0%. That way any characters who started with different names would have kept their names but no new characters would have the different praenomen. Ideally I would have made it so that praenomen would be inherited from fathers but unfortunately that functionality doesn't exist in this game.

How did you edit the Flavius to be the only praenomen?
Did you delete all other or made it's occurance 100%?
I'd like to do this for my mod, that's why I am asking.

I understand your reasoning, but how can I change it in Pack File Manager? I tried to change the frequency and ended up with every character having [NAMELESS] instead of Flavius

I made Flavius universal because there's no way to make that praenomen hereditary as it was at that time. I didn't like seeing my imperial families sons have completely random praenomen, but unfortunately the only way to stop this from occurring was to make all the others go unused.

How do I mod out the excessive use of Flavius while keeping the rest?

Like others already said, lovely job you did here. Wish CA cared a bit more about realism, even small-scale, especially with the all the warhammer content around nowadays... (Just not my preference, that's all.) Anyhow, could you maybe, if you still mod and have the time to do so, slightly alter this version of the mod so it just has *less* christianity-themed names? It would make a fellow Romeboi very happy. :)

Great job!! Please can you add the title "Augustus" to the new Emperors name?? And I can't find the names like Justinian, Justinianus
