This is just a voice pack so no models here nor do I know how to make one.

All credit goes to Hirez and it's original creators.

If you are getting high or low pitch vocals, I believe this is intentional by valve to give vocals variety. Please don't ask to fix this I have no idea how.

The low pitch is a glitch to do with your mod. It's most likely caused by a incompatible sample rate/the sound is shorter or faster than the original sound file.
