How to create flag?

Under the flag editor there is a button that can change the color of your civilization on the political map

Let's move on to the "designer chevrons", everything is easy and clear, so here is the same situation as with the flag

After all the committed actions, we will create the leader of our country.

So, we go back to the editor

But now click on the button " rulers"

We open the panel with different buttons.
There, in principle, everything should be clear, but I want to explain about (so to speak) the unique bonuses of the leader, which can be edited.

There are already all depends on your imagination, but you must understand that you should not do too cool abilities because it is most people. After creating this character, let's tie him to our power, for this, click "add civilization".
After in the upper left corner click on the word "search" and enter the name of our country.
