Thank you. It's extremely annoying how the game requires these resources to build things and yet expects you to research their extraction first. I would imagine that a star nation capable of FTL travel would at least be able to extract the materials that are used regularly in their industry. This mod is great. Thank you. Having to research extraction techs was a lot like researching colonisation techs: it took away from the fun of the game.

Not currently planned no, but it may happen for the next non-beta Stellaris version.
