Description

Cute, yet fully functional.
* Outside connections by highway, train, ship and aeroplane
* All resources are available
* Pre-built highway (because I hate building highways in the game)
* One island with wildlife spawn markers for a great nature park
* 99% flat land
* Plenty of shoreline for beautiful landscapes & land value
