the model is alright but the hands bugs grabbing some weapons, idk if one day you could fix it

You need to replace the Francis model in the beginning of the Passing. It's fine in the last part but when Francis shows up in the beginning, the model isn't replaced

Why is the lighting so messed up? He looks pitch black half of the time, and it looks really inconsistent with any other TF2 mods

sorry you're experiencing that. :c i tried testing it on my end though, and i could not produce this issue. perhaps try unsubbing to the mod and resubbing? i also have tf2 installed so i dont really know if that impacts anything. its been forever since ive actively made mods for this game.
