United States (MLS Expansion 2020 + Second Divison + US Open Cup Update)

Description
Major League Soccer incl. Expansion 2019 and Expansion 2020
2019 + Cincinnati
2020 + Miami + Nashville (with Stadium changes 2021)
Annotations:
- Expansion Draft 2019 not working (don't know why / Expansion Draft 2018 works as usual)
- Miami had to be placed into a League to be created (American Second division)
- Nashville SC was chosen as Nashville expansion
- 38 Games after 2020 Expansion

American Second Division (34 to 36 Teams in 2 Conferences) + Replacements
2018 + Inter Miami (had to put players and staff of Miami FC and Jacksonville into the team for Competition) - 34 Teams
2019 + Rochester + SF Deltas + NY Cosmos (later Entrance for better competition) - 36 Teams
2020 + Miami FC + Jacksonville Armada - 36 Teams
- Warning not completely accurate (no Team folding, no original Second Division Teams Expansion)
- Minor Bugfixes

US Open Cup
Adapted Cup to changes in Second League and MLS, all new teams join at same stage 2019 and 2020 - reduces participating amateur teams in conclusion
Kicked out Canadian teams

MLS Rivalry Cups
Enabled and added 3 Cups (Hudson Bay, Trafico, Canadian Classique)


For original names create a .lnc-File, I don't like to change names in the Editor when it is not 100% necessary.

Sorry never saw you replied, the teams never get added to the league if you want to control the teams. If you don't control them you have to let it sim and they transfer all their players away.

you're lucky i still got fm2019 installed, i tested it with both databases... works fine still
can you clearify the problem you have? doesn't start up or problems over the years?

Hey thank you for this! Just out of curiosity will you be doing any more updates for this before FM 2020? I've tried updating to make St. Louis and Sacramento as expansion sides but i'm not good enough in the editor. If not thanks for this though.

This issue was on my radar and I waited several seasons. The code has the ADL as main source for the SuperDraft, USL Teams only take some players after the Draft took place. Sadly the youth league FAL is raided, because they don't have any protection, don't know where this is in the code

Thanks for the awesome work!! Is there a way to prevent the USL teams from raiding all the top US youth players MLS teams can't touch until the draft?
