Overview
As said by the title, this guide's intentions are to obtain various achievements, point out and go into a bit more information on the more "interesting" achievements to get, and some tips and tricks to get them.

This guide will go in order of a journey of having no achievements to getting all of them in the best way explained. If you have any questions in relation to the guide such as a lack of information on a topic that you wish there was more on, errors, or changed features, then please leave a comment about it and I will try to respond to you about it.

Also I made the picture for the Guide. Took about an hour, and I plan on making it more appealing to the eyes in the future.

This Guide was Last Updated April 27th, 2021 at 10:22pm EST, although this guide was made over a year ago. Information may be outdated, but it is best for me to publish what I have as it is useful information.
Identifying the Achievements
To first 100% complete the game, we must first identify what achievements there are, while also explaining the simpler ones to get to go into more detail on the more difficult achievements.

There are:
38 Specific/Rare Character Win Achievements
7 "Stat" Achievements
13 Game Mode Win/Win Streak Achievements
6 Character Condition Achievements
3 Specific Location Achievements
The Zombillion Achievement
The No One Left Behind Achievement
The No Jerk Left Behind Achievement
The Loneliest Road Achievement
The Dog Squad Achievement
1 Kepa Achievement (Don't Let Me Die)

These achievements were grouped into groups that fit what seemed correct in terms of the classification of the requirements needed to obtain them.
(General) The 37 Rare/Specific Character Win Achievements
As a quick note, this list includes the Rare Characters, Seasonal Characters, a BERSERK! Character, and the Lone Character achievements.

A big relief for 100% Completion came with Update HUMERUS, which added 3 New Game Modes, with one being the "Over Powered Party Mode." This mode added the ability to select your entire Party before beginning your journey from every notable character in the game, both Playable and Non-Playable (Including Custom Characters) at the cost of it being an extremely difficult mode to complete. This would allow you to choose a Rare Character that you have never found, form a team, and if lucky make it to Canada and receive the Achievement for them.

I have identified a group of 3 Characters that I find to be extremely useful for getting through the mode, with the 4th character being whatever character you wish to win with.

Grim Reaper: The Grim Reaper is considered one of the better characters, as she starts with Maximum Fitness, Maximum Strength, and Maximum Health. She is locked to her Special Weapon, but it is a Multi-Hitting Scythe that is likely to instantly kill Zombies. The drawback with her is that she can not pick up anything, both furniture and loot. You can still loot items like Toilets and Drawers though. I usually play as her to maximize the damage that is dealt, as she is likely going to not get tired during the mission.

The Wizard: The Wizard is on the team due to his Special Weapon being able to provide massive control over the hordes of Zombies that may come. The drawback is that the AI prefers to use nearly every weapon over the Special Weapon, which can be proven problematic. It is best to perform Fitness training on him to maximize the number of times he can use his Special Weapon before getting tired.

Samedi: Samedi is a useful character for starting every mission with a Skeleton that acts as an extra Party Member to make looting easier, especially in OPP Mode where the amount is Zombies is much larger. In addition they behave like a Paranoid Character, which I identify to be extremely useful for various events like Bandits. Also important to note is that when Samedi takes damage, more Skeletons are spawned in, and if Samedi dies, they will revive themselves once per run, with the Skeleton spawning ability still active.

Using my ideal team set-up, you can complete 31 of the 38 characters needed with relative ease. The remaining characters will be explained in the "Specific" Section.
(Specific) The 37 Rare/Specific Character Win Achievements
This section is to identify various character that may/will cause trouble in OPP Mode. Some are very realistically beatable in the mode, but explaining them here will clear up some possible confusion.

The Last Body Builder: This Character has the gimmick of not being able to use any weapons. All they can do is pick furniture, cars, Zombies, etc. and throw it. TLB becomes a significant pain in the Final Siege, where the only throw-able things are Zombies, while even still the amount that is swarming you will show TLB to be very bad for it. My suggestion is to try finding them in a normal run of Rare Characters, as winning with him on that mode is significantly easier.

Mason/Jason: This character is one that I will straight up say that you SHOULDN'T do in OPP Mode. Their gimmick is that they will kill other Party members if he has low enough Morale, has died and it goes to the next day, or even just randomly. The benefit is that he has the Low Maximum Strength and Low Maximum Fitness, along with 2 exclusive weapons that are actually good weapons: A Machete and a Chainsaw. Just play Rare Characters until you get him for an actual realistic way to win.

Horse: The Horse has a gimmick of not being able to use any Melee or Chainsaw Weapons. This means they can only use Guns. They also have the fastest movement speed of any HUMAN character in game as a positive. This character can be won with in OPP Mode, but it is important to note the lack of defense the Horse can have.

G#rf: DO NOT PLAY OPP MODE WITH THIS CHARACTER FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT! I consider this the worst character in the game for multiple reasons. The first is that their Attitude Stat is always at minimum. The second is that at Critical Morale, they begin one of the worst sieges in the game. To make it even worse, they have a PERMANENT -4 Morale Penalty, meaning they only have 2 Levels above Siege causing level. Find this character in Rare Characters mode and win that way for your sanity's sake. If you do struggle to find this character, just be sure to keep the Party Morale up for the entire run at all costs.

Clown: Basically a better G#rf (Read that section if you didn't for better understanding of comparison) in some aspects. The Morale Penalty is -1, with the same Critical Morale Effect. The exception is that when the Clown makes the Siege begin, they will leave the Party, making the win with them a bit more difficult. Easier than the G#rf though.

BERSERK! Trait Character: Play a Normal Mode Run with this character for the easiest time. It is too risky to try and not even needed to play OPP Mode with the character. Max Health is 1, while having a major boost to all combat stats (Strength, Fitness, Shooting). All social stats are minimum (Loyalty, Attitude, Composure, Wits).
The 7 "Stat" Achievements
There are seven stat related achievements in the game. There are three groups that these achievements are grouped into:

-Toilet Related
-Not Toilet Related
-Healing Teammates
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The toilet related achievement comes from opening up 100 toilets across all of your playthroughs. Not much to say here.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Not Toilet Related achievements are usually gotten from just playing the game. There isn't much in tips because you will get these by just playing the game enough.

-Train Medical 50 times.
-Train Shooting 75 times.
-Train Mechanical 50 times.
-Train Fitness 75 times.
-Train Strength 100 times.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The last one of these comes from healing teammates 75 times. Again, not much to say here in terms of tips. You just get these by playing the game.
The 13 Game Mode Win/Win Streak Achievements

I cannot give the best tips for this, as it is just down to luck if you win or not, but some General Tips:

-Loot everything
-Conserve Food and Gas as much as possible
-Try not to take Damage
-Have a Paranoid Character to take care of Bandit Events
-Conserve Ammo for the Sieges

In relation to winning 5 games in a row, just play Normal Mode for the most stable and easy experience.

In relation to winning all 10 Game Modes in a row without losing once, play them in whatever order you feel is the best for you. I go from the most difficult to the most simple so that I do not have to replay the modes that much, but it is risky if you do fail, as you have to keep replaying the same REALLY difficult modes over and over. Take your time and try to collect as much as possible to get the best chance of winning. Playing it safe can be the difference of winning and losing, and could be worth spending the extra time to get that extra can of food.

Just beat the 10 Game Modes that you obtain achievements for, as mentioned previously.
The 6 Character Condition Achievements
This is for Characters meeting conditions that are not making it to Canada, but rather something on the road itself.

Cooling It: Have a character with the ability to use the "Cool It" option in conversation as much as possible (Low Attitude and Wits, automatically granted to BERSERK! and Irritating Characters). After 3 uses of it, there will be an option of Cool It with three Exclamation Marks. Using that option will grant the achievement.

Anime Syndrome: Recruit the Anime Girl and make them stay in the car at all times to not forget to go it later. They will eventually explode dealing 2 potentially FATAL damage to all Party Members. This is the way I did it, but you could bring her on missions early in her lifespan if wanted, just remember to set her role to be on standby in the car later.

Gallant Knight: As the achievement says, just recruit the Knight and after a while they will leave the team. If they left alive you get the achievement.

Day of the Circus: All that needs to be done is to bring The Clown to the final siege of the game. You will get the achievement and a really freaky siege as a reward.

Has Left the Building: The easiest way to get this achievement is to be in OPP Mode. You will need the character Alvis on your team, and the Grim Reaper is also suggested to deal with any sieges that may be presented to you. You must get the Morale of Alvis to minimum, have an event occur where he ages and gains Morale. You must then get him to minimum Morale again, and only then an event will occur with a unique piece in the OST that only appears here, along with getting the achievement. The tactic is to drain Morale by abandoning the car and wasting all the food. Note that the events needed for this achievement can only be gotten while in a car, so remember to grab a few cars when needed.

NICE ONE, HOSER: You need to kill the Prime Minister through Fire or an Explosion in The Border of Canada level. NOTE THAT THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY GIVE YOU A GAME OVER!
The 3 Specific Location Achievements
These achievements can only be obtained from going to a specific location with requirements within it to get the achievements.

Ramming Speed: In order to obtain this achievement, you need to have a working car when you reach The Border of Canada. This can be done by having a decent engine condition, enough gas, and, of course, a car. The achievement is received at the beginning of the level, as your party bails from the vehicle and has it ram into the horde of Zombies and explode.

Free Chicken: Randomly on the road, you may have the option to go to a Chicken Farm. To get the achievement you complete the objective of rescuing the Chicken that sits in the back of the barn and leaving the location. You will receive the achievement after the mission is over, regardless of whether you set it free or turned it into nuggets.

Paranormal: In order to obtain this achievement, you need to go to the Haunted Mansion and talk to any Ghost NPC. The most effective way to do this is by playing Endless Mode, as it will keep providing locations until it has shown every location in the game, in which it will loop again. This will always result in the Haunted Mansion appearing at one point in the run, as long as you patient enough to last that long.
Zombillion Achievement
As the achievement description states, you must kill 100,000 Zombies. The most effective way to execute this is to play the modes that spawn the most Zombies, preferably OPP Mode to pair up with getting other achievements and the very high amount of Zombies that spawn. The big amounts are killed during The City of Crushed Hopes and The Border of Canada, as hundreds of Zombies spawn, and you are required to kill a large amount of them. After the 100,000th kill, you will be granted the achievement.

It is obvious, but I will note it anyways. This is tracked over multiple playthroughs of the game. The number you have killed can also be checked in Zombo Town (Unlock Area) in the right building.
No One Left Behind Achievement
As the description of the achievement states, you must not have any ally die, including traders and mall cops. The easiest way to do this is in Normal Mode or Familiar Characters Mode, as both provide an easy time on the Death Road while also being stable and less random.
No Jerk Left Behind Achievement
The general tips here are to recruit a whole team, as having four members alive at the end is required. Make sure you get the food that is needed to not lose morale and possibly have members leave. Play on Normal Mode or Familiar Characters Mode for an easy, stable run where luck will be on your side more.

A good thing to note is the final trader camp before the last 3 areas of the game. They will offer 2 recruit-able characters that you can use to fill out any missing member slots you may have, given that you have the food to spare.
The Loneliest Road Achievement

In order to get this achievement, you must reach Canada with a single party member the entire time. This is done by selecting the No Partner option before starting the run.

I usually put trust in Paranoid Characters, as dealing with bandit encounters are quite harmful to the run, but with a Paranoid Character you will always be given an option that will benefit you in the long run.

The suggested mode to do the run in is Normal Mode or Familiar Characters Mode, as the Clown may appear in Rare Characters Mode, forcing them to join the party and ruining the run. Additionally it will not be as difficult as the other modes, nor as long.
The Dog Squad Achievement
The objective of this run is to make it to Canada with a team of four Dogs. The problem comes with getting the luck of obtaining all four Dogs, having one drive a car, and making it through the hordes of Zombies. So let's address each of these problems.

Getting the Dogs: The Dogs are randomly recruited along the journey, but there is a way of manipulating it. Go to Zombo Town (Unlocks) and get both upgrades to the Friend of Dog Perk. This will in turn make it so having a member with the Perk on your team will make your next recruit have a 70% chance to be a Dog. This makes getting the achievement easier than in the past, when the unlocks were not present.

Driving the Car: When you get the 4th Dog recruit, just boot out the Human and one of the dogs will PROBABLY become Supertrained. NOTE: During my run where I got this achievement, I had a looting location that had both a dog recruit and Conjectural Technologies (Rare Building). I had used the "Kip's Science Machine" with one of my dogs, making them Supertrained. So I do not know if booting out the last human will make one of the dogs Supertrained.

Getting Through the Zombies: Just stock up on good weapons. It will take some luck, but it can be done. The Supertrained Dog can use Gas Powered Weapons and Guns, so take that into consideration. Also know that you can give weapons to the non-Supertrained Dogs to carry into the mission for the Supertrained Dog to use. Just know that the non-Supertrained Dogs drop the weapons whenever they attack and sometimes won't pick them back up.
The Kepa Achievement (Don't Let Me Die)
This achievement is considered to be the most difficult achievement to obtain in the game, as it requires you to win the game with Kepa, one of the hardest characters to win as, in K*E*P*A Mode, one of the hardest Modes to win in. Kepa is only playable in K*E*P*A Mode, meaning winning with him in OPP Mode is not an option.

Stats for Kepa:

Health: 1
Strength: 5
Fitness: 3
Shooting: 5
Wits: 0
Attitude: 0
Composure: 0
Loyalty: 0
Mechanical: Random
Medical: Random

Kepa starts with the Cardboard Tube, a weapon with very low power, very high knock-back, potential to hit up to 6 targets in one swing, and the potential to break (5% Chance to break from every hit). This can be used as a way of getting threats away from Kepa, but is not reliable due to the weapon being breakable.

Kepa is to be considered as a worse BERSERK! character, as the stats are set instead of receiving 4 extra points to whatever the stats were randomly set at. Additionally, Kepa can't go one point above the maximum in any stat (except in Health in rare cases), unlike with BERSERK! characters.

Strategies:

A great option for you to do is increase the Maximum Health of Kepa during the first mission. This can be done by having looted 99 Toilets (49 with the Upgrade that halves the number needed), so that when you loot the first toilet on a mission, the Toilet Genie will appear. Have Kepa talk to the Genie and wish for Immortality. This will grant a +1 to Maximum Health.

A feature of the game that people don't remember sometimes is that you can leave people in the car for missions. The only exception is sieges, which forces all party members to participate. Using this, you can minimize the opportunities for Kepa to die.

Another feature that people forget about is Tactics. You can make people prioritize Shooting over Smashing or the opposite. You also can set your party members to Attack, Defend, or Run. Attacking makes the members go after zombies. Defending keeps your party members close to you, attacking any Zombies that get close. Running makes your party members follow you without attacking any Zombies that may distract them. Use this to your advantage when getting through the game.

In the City of Crushed Hopes, it is wise to go into the first building you can and stay in there for the entirety of the siege. This creates a choke point where all of the Zombies have to go through, keeping a smaller flow of Zombies, while also having the possibility that they will block each other. It also makes the Zombies that spawn around the party stay on the ground longer than if they were to come out of the ground, making your party capable of handling them more easily.

I suggest to bring a Paranoid Character into K*E*P*A Mode, as bandits are more cruel in this mode than the easier modes. It also helps with dealing with various skill checks in Wits, which is always a positive. Having a character with Mechanic on the team as well, likely on the Paranoid Character. This is for various Mechanical checks like repairing the car.

Training Fitness is extremely important in this mode, as it allows the party to kill more Zombies before getting tired. Take the opportunities to train Fitness, even rewards for completing sieges (if your entire party has low Morale, it would be more wise to go for the Morale and Random Stat).

Looting locations like Hardware Stores and Cabins are likely to house Chainsaws, one of the best weapons in the game. They do consume gas, so hold off using it for The City of Crushed Hopes and The Border of Canada. Weapons like Grenades, Pipe Bombs, and Molotovs are amazing for clearing out large hordes of Zombies, but are only wise to use in open spaces.
A Collection of Tips and Tricks
Obtaining a Chainsaw: Chainsaws are considered to be one of the best weapons, as it kills a large amount of Zombies, while also not having Friendly-Fire. They are more likely to spawn in Cabin and Hardware Store looting locations. Chainsaws are best used after the Final Trader Camp, as the use of a car past said camp is not important, allowing your Gas to be used freely on Gas Powered Weapons, like the Chainsaw.

Strength Stat: The Strength stat has two uses. The first use is the ability to pick up furniture. The higher the Strength Stat, the more heavy objects you can pick up. The drawback to this is that only characters that are being controlled by Players can pick up furniture, rendering the other Strength Stats of characters nearly pointless. The other use is for Skill Checks, which is standard with every stat. As such, it is best to put all strength buffs on the character that you are playing first, as you are the only one that can lift furniture.

Fitness Stat: I consider this the most important of the Combat Stat because of its two uses. The first use is that it dictates the number of times a party member can use a melee weapon before getting tired. This can be the deciding factor on whether or not a run continues or ends. The second use is for Skill Checks, which are standard with every stat.

Shooting Stat: The Shooting Stat has two uses. The first is that it dictates how many times a bullet could pierce a Zombie, and in addition shortens the time it takes to aim. The second use is Skill Checks, which are standard with every stat.

Paranoid Character: Having a Paranoid Character on the team is a large help with most runs, as they give options in encounters that will almost always give the best outcome. Additionally, when there are regular characters that want to join the team, some of the stats will be revealed based on the situation. This can prove useful when you want to recruit the correct characters.

Loyalty Stat: It is possible to roughly determine the loyalty of each character in your party. It all is based on how close they follow with the group when controlled by AI. Lower Loyalty characters will stay farther away while moving, but it can be difficult to spot as you start out. Just be attentive and you'll learn fast.

A couple notes about the stats at the end: Strength affects how fast a character can swing the heavier weapons, and shooting also affects the chance for bullets to bounce off walls
