Black Mesa Advisor

Description
Hello. The Automatic Diagnostic and Announcement System welcomes you to the Black Mesa Research Facility.

In the spirit of the Megacorp update, I made an advisor pack using the files from the Black Mesa announcement system (VOX) in Half-Life.

My goal was to make the cues fit both the Black Mesa and the Stellaris universes and also make sense in the game—I have a gripe with advisor mods where the cues leave you guessing as to what they're supposed to mean.

Ironman-friendly.

Unfortunately, as of this comment, this mod is outdated and many voice lines (especially DLC ones) are missing.

Btw "Space station lost" is missing any sound and plays vanilla sound.

Will maybe need an update after the upcoming 3.0, the first contact and espionage missions will surely contain some extra sounds. I hope it will work without it though, I love this advisor :D
