Cheat switch ON/OFF

Description
Don't want to edit your save file for enabling the built-in Cheat/Dev mode? Do it from inside the game! No file editing necessary!

This is how to do it:
1. Start the game and load your prison
2. Enable the "Cheat switch ON/OFF" mod from inside the game menu Extras/Mods
3. Go to Staff menu, select Cheat ON or Cheat OFF, and place it on your map
4. Disable the mod again, confirm the now missing Cheat switch ON/OFF mod on your prison
5. Cheats are enabled or disabled for this prison - save it!

The Cheats are enabled as soon as you place the Cheat ON object, and you can use for example the Script Debugger, but the respective UI elements like the (Spawn) Menu only come to see after a reload of the map, for which you either reload mods (press Apply in the Mods menu with or without any changes to enabled mods) or save and reload your prison manually.

it isnt working. when i spawn in the item it dissapears and nothing happens

Sorry I can not help you with that. I can not play the game anymore due to technical reasons not caused by me. :steamsad:
Please check if the small description in the commend by Mook90 helps you. After activating the Cheat system using the "Cheat On" in Staff menu, you have to reload mods or save and load the game. Saving is important as the Cheat mode is enabled per map, IIRC.

Huh, when I open a premade prision, I can't find the switch, any help?

allow me to make it a little simple
1)you will activate the mod from extra in the main menu
2)load you game
3) open staff and put cheat on if you want to active and off if you want to dis active (u can put it any where on the map
4) save the game and reloaded
5) you will find and extra icon next the emergency down in the middle of the screen, named "spawn"
where you can put anything for free,


and i think number 5 is the most problem for everyone as it took me 15 minutes to notice it and a little search on google
