Description
Introduces two policies for the integrity of public morals: Fornication Law and Adultery Law. Should the government intervene in personal matters to carry out its responsibilities in ensuring the welfare of the people?

To use it, paste the MoralLaws folder into your Democracy 3 game folder (--> Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Democracy3). Move the MoralLaws.txt file from the folder to the Democracy3/data/mods folder.
