My opinion is to send Tailrider Safari to "Ancient Forest" and you will definitely get it!

For example,using this I got 4 things at once!

Also you can get it in any places where there are from 3 to 5 stars!

Coral Highlands are most popular for farming sinister cloth amoung players,especially where there is Paolumu and Legiana.
