Soul Trap Rune

Description
Adds a single new spell to Skyrim: Soul Trap Rune. This spell works just like any basic destruction rune, but with the exception that it does not do damage and is not considered a "hostile" spell if a neutral NPC triggers it. It is mainly geared toward "clever" encounters and non-mages, so its mana cost is low while lowering the effect duration to attempt to retain balance.

Enjoy, but please be gentle; this is the first time I've thrown one of my personal mods out in the wild, so I'm sure it will be noobish.

@Sagittarius, sorry about that. If I recall correctly, I added it to the leveled lists for low-end spells, so you should be able to pick it up from any conjuration spell merchants, or find it in loot. Honestly though, I wrote this four years ago, and haven't updated it since so I would be amazed if it even still worked. Sorry in advance if it doesn't.

But in the Descrition is not whritten were to find the Book :(

I love this mod. It is so convenient to have when fighting several enemies and I want to catch all their souls. Awesome. Thanks You for making it.
