Polish and Lower Silesian Flags Replacer

Description
Replace all flags in your game with either the Polish flag, the Lower Silesian flag, or the flag of Wroclaw.

Requires 'More Flags (+ flag replacer)' by BloodyPenguin and 'Prehab Hook'.
Enable the mods, then go into the More Flags settings and change the 'Replace stock flags with' setting to 'Poland'.

If you have the more beautification mod, you can place these flags too (both on the ground and as a wall mount).
