Description
Late 1970's stair-case access Housing and Development Board of Singapore slab housing block, 16 storeys-- based on various blocks in the Bedok and Marine Terrace area.

Too many tris (around 10,000) but, oh well, the facade is quite complicated. 12 by 5 ploppable level 4 RICO (100 homes/108 with Realistic Consumption Mod). Default LOD.
