Description
"Serve & Protect."

This Ford Crown Victoria sports the liveries of the San Francisco PD's police cars from Watch_Dogs 2, but sports "genericized" liveries (San Francisco has been replaced with Cities Skylines, so it can fit in any city).

Yes I know there aren't any Police Vessels in WD2; this is just for variety/continuity.

Model is by Ninjanoobslayer; reskin by me.

Base civilian Crown Victoria at the link.

Prop included. Use Find It! and search for "WDPD" or "SF".

I was adding on to your comment in the description, stating the Vessel is not a police car in WD2.

Yes, you're right, the SFPD/OPD don't use Vessels, They use Brubeck Cavale and Talos cars, and possibly even MRAPs depending on your heat level.
