Eastern Front by Philip Sabin

Description
A grand strategic wargame covering the war in the east from 1941-45. Players can choose either the Germans or Soviets in 1941 or 1943 starting scenario and see if they can do better than the historical outcome. This version was created by using print and play files avalable at Boardgame Geek

The author, Professor Philip Sabin (https://www.kcl.ac.uk/sspp/departments/warstudies/people/professors/sabin/index.aspx) is the Professor of Strategic Studies at King's College London. He not only uses wargames to educate mainstream academic classes on military history but also runs a unique 'Conflict Simulation' module for the Masters programme in which his students research and design their own wargames.

His book 'Simulating War' explores the theory and practice of conflict simulation as a topic in its own right, based on his thirty years of experience in designing wargames and using them in teaching.

All credit to Prof Phil Sabin for producing this wargame. As a former student of his I have his permission to share this on TTS so it can be enjoyed by even more people than it is in it's physical form.
