Description
The DW Admiral Hipper brought up to Neter standards. Gave it the standard rework like my version of the DW Bismarck. The biggest change is that the internals have been completely replaced and is in the same light as all my other ships with high levels of subdivision. Anything that was underpowered or too weak for neter standards like her firepower, protection, or speed was updated so she can function as a powerful surface unit. She still isn't a full capital ship, but like the real AH class, she is basically designed as close to actually BB as politically possible.

The Admiral Hipper class was a group of nine heavy cruisers built by the Kriegsmarine beginning in the late-1930s and early-1940s. The class was initially drawn up under treaty restraints, but secretly went far over the mandated displacement. They were a marked improvement over their predecessors, as they had better protection against their own caliber with a maximum of 15cm of protection at the water line. A new torpedo protection system increased their underwater survivability without sacrificing the long range cruising capabilities expected of a heavy cruiser. The ships enjoyed a long career in the fleet and were some of the oldest units to receive the advanced 1947 model of main battery radar fire control units. Wartime modifications produced solid AA boats with good all-around capabilities. They were also the penultimate class of heavy cruiser constructed by the Kriegsmarine.

Five ships were originally ordered with an extra four added when the final units of the Roon class were reordered in 1938 (for a grand total of nine ships):
Admiral Hipper (SK-15)
Blücher (SK-16)
Prinz Eugen (SK-17)
Seydlitz (SK-18)
Lützow (SK-18)
Radetzky (SK-19)
Prinz Adalbert (SK-20)
Friedrich Carl (SK-21)
Stosch (SK-22)
