Adds the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance, more commonly known as the ISA, from the Killzone series into the game as a playable Civilization led by Colonel Jan Templar.

====!!!! IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE !!!!====
This mod requires the Brave New World expansion pack to work, and WILL NOT function properly without it. However, as with every other mod I have created, I have chosen not to modify the dependency setting to require Brave New World, so those that do not have it can use the mod as they please. However, the mod is almost guaranteed to be a horribly broken - but playable - mess without the second expansion pack, so if you do not have the Brave New World expansion pack, proceed into a game with this mod at your own risk.

====Description====
The Interplanetary Strategic Alliance, often abbreviated to just ISA, are objectively the good guys of the Killzone universe and factually the protagonists. In Civilization V, they have been designed as a defensive military Civilization with bonuses and units geared towards the defense of their borders and cities. Their unique ability allows their units to move to the front lines much faster - catching their enemies off-guard with quick reinforcements - and also provides additional Strength when fighting off waves of enemy invasion forces. Their unique units are also capable of being mass-produced in greater numbers than their vanilla counterparts, as long as the ISA has the Aluminum stores to back it up.


====Unique Ability - Unified Defense Alliance====
All land and sea Units receive the Unified Defense promotion, providing +1 additional Movement and +10% Defensive Combat Strength.

====Unique Unit 1 - Exoskeleton====
Replacing the Giant Death Robot, the ISA Exoskeleton may be weaker than its vanilla counterpart by 20 points of Combat Strength, but it makes up for this in its incredibly cheap cost to construct - having a reduced Production cost and a resource requirement of one Aluminum, rather than Uranium. This allows the ISA to mass-produce forces of Exoskeletons very efficiently, building up an army of them long before another nation's Giant Death Robot army can compete with the ISA's numbers.

====Unique Unit 2 - Intruder====
While the Intruder is slower than the Helicopter Gunship it replaces and does not receive the bonus against enemy armored Units, it makes up for these drawbacks in its raw strength and cost to construct - having 30 more points of Combat Strength than its vanilla counterpart and a reduced Production cost. In addition, as it is a flying Unit, it can ignore rough terrain Movement penalties and even traverse mountains, taking 50 damage if it ends its turn on a mountain. These abilities make for an excellent rapid-attack Unit that can stage ambushes against enemy forces from unsuspecting locations or use hit-and-run tactics to wear down enemy armies over time.

Unfortunately that's the last of what I have planned. The Helghast and the ISA are done, and I've also added the Killzone 1 units of both with the Third Army expansion pack and the Lancer. I have no other Killzone-related mods left to make.

Those Petrusite spiders? Yes, I remember them.

Unfortunately I don't know how to make any custom models, and I hear it's a massive pain that isn't really worth it. I'm sorry to say I don't have any plans to do that.

You mean the Third Army expansion and the Lancer? They're not showing up in the mod list?

That's a known issue. There are a few possible fixes. The first one is to idle in the mod menu for a few minutes - as maybe the game failed to unpack the packaged unit file into the mod folder. The second is to go to Documents/ My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/cache and delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db file. Make sure you back up the entire Mods folder first. After that, idle in the mod menu again and let Civ V build a new database - it should unpack all mods that failed to unpack in the process.

Finally, if the mod wasn't downloaded despite subscribing, just try heading over to Steamworkshopdownloader.com and enter the link to both mods.

also i can't seem to find the unique unit mod in my mod list, neither can i find the helghast unique unit?
