Non-sparkling Spitter Spit

I thought that the spitter spit bouncing and sizzling around was too visually distracting, so i removed a few renders in the spitter.pcf

I think it's nice, so I guess give it a try or something if you like it.

This post's vpk contains only the spitter.pcf and does not alter spitter model whatsoever.
