Alchemic Conversion - Equivalent Exchange

Ever wanted to get rid if useless clutter items and convert them into something more useful? This mod allows players to convert items into gold. Any item that can be grabbed by the player can be targeted by these spells. Using the spell on items owned by NPC's will not result in a crime penalty. The spell ignores ownership of the items being converted.

This mod adds four new spells:

Low Alchemy - Convert an item into 0.5 x its base gold value.
Alchemy - Convert an item into its base gold value.
High Alchemy - Convert an item into 1.5 x its base gold value.
Max Alchemy - Convert an item into 2.0 x its base gold value.

Spell tomes for these spells can be found near the barrels on the first floor of the Riverwood Trader (they are owned by the trader).

Note that enchanted items will not go off of the enchanted value of the item. It will take the base value of the item for the conversion. You are better off selling these items at traders most of the time.
