The Ant Starter CV

This is a an evolution of the Argos Explorer.

Hard working, industrious, The Ant is meant as an entry level CV. It's not a minimalist build but it features basic components which are designed to be upgraded.

The pylons on the sides have space enough to allow you to upgrade the thrusters in a variety of configurations but the small size of the vessel means you won't need much. The engineering compartment in the rear has plenty of room to replace existing components with upgrades and add more fuel or o2 storage as needed.

The hangar will allow you carry a small HV or SV with you on your travels and there's space set aside for other upgrades like an armor locker, a repair station, or a repair console/repair bay. The room in the back just before the engine compartment is perfect for grow plots....or whatever else you decide. There's an upper level with a med bay and a small social area. I kept it simple. A few tables, some passenger seating, a food processor and fridge but you could turn this area into whatever you want.

The antenna deco up front can be replaced with weapons and there are a couple spots on the roof for additional turrets. There's also a spot to add a turret in back on the bottom of the ship.

Warning: The engine compartment is not ventilated and is a radiation/heat zone.

Fun Fact: I was going to name it the GEC, after my pet leopard gecko but Kieve said it resembled an ant and I liked that so The Ant it is.
