It's inside the Blue Palace. Have you completed the Mind of Madness quest? You can't access the wing unless you have completed this quest.
In the Blue Palace, before reaching the stairs, turn right, You should see the door to the wing there.

Oh, I just noticed something: I added the wrong fire breath to Ahmad. He shouts like an ancient dragon. I think this is what you mean: his shout is longer and stronger. Wait up, I'll fix this right now.

hey there is a bug with ahmad,sometimes when he shouts the shout voice keeps repeating and doesn't stop
