Splinter Cell Easter Egg you can find in the training course. I've used cheats so the video doesn't take so long, but you can do it the "real" way.

In the training course there's a secret room where you can first meet Anna Grimsdottir and talk to her. After some conversation you can leave, or optionally knock her, in which case Lambert will talk to you and fire you.

I love this Easter egg my dad gave me a copy of the game for xbox 360 and that's why i got it on steam 'cause my xbox broke down and malfunctioned

I think there was also some way to get your thermal goggle and see Grim thru the window nude.
