Description
In Basic policy add mod,


Provides a small (?) basic policy choice from the start of the game:
(i.e. it does not require the completion of two ideas groups.)


=ADM Policy=
1.More tax:global tax modifier +10%
2.Development invest:development cost -10%
3.Secretary office:ADM advisor cost -10% ※it's only adm point advisor cost. no dip/mil advisor.
4.Government focus:government reform progress growth +10%
5. Tech invest:All tech cost -5%, global institution spread +10%
6.More missionary: +1 missionary. +1 missionary strength
7.Faith tolerance:tolerance heretic+1, tolerance heathen +1.
8.Maester patronage:prestige+0.5, legitimacy/republican tradition/devotion/horde unity +0.5

=DIP Policy=
1.Friendship promotion:diplomatic reputation+1, improve relation modifier +20%
2.Diplomacyexpand:diplomatic upkeep +1, diplomat +1
3.Build spy:spy offence +20%, global spy defence +20%
4.Beloved people policy:global unrest -2
5. Trade support:trade efficiency+10%, global trade power+10%
6.Vassal bind:reduce liberty desire +10
7.Tribute plus:vassal force limit +15%, vassal income +15%
8.Colonist patronage:colonist placement chance +5%, global colonial growth +10%

=MIL Policy=
1.Training army:drill gain +20%, year army tradition +0.25
2.Officer commission:free leader fool +1, general cost -20%
3.Weapon craft:Mil tech cost -10%
4.Trained elite:descipline +2.5
5.Supply plan:land attrition -20%, reinforce speed +10%
6.Conscriptionact:global regiment recruit speed +15%, land maintenance modifier -5%
7.Ship build:global ship recruit speed +15%, naval maintenance modifier -5%
8.Requisition:manpower recovery speed +15%, sailors recovery speed +15%

Dragon of Desire considering this mod hasn't been updated since the week it's been created... in 2018, it's no surprise to me that it doesn't work anymore.

Causes a crash with Idea Variation when you enter the policies screen, unfortunately.

I think some are too strong, since you're proposing they're "Basic" policies before you get before you finish 2 ideas and unlock more policies.
Some are basically as strong as the regular policies, whilst some are half as strong and some even weaker.
But it's a really cool idea.

I think +2 is a bit OP.
Maybe 1 Diplo Relation and 1 Diplomat?

Increase the relation +1 to +2

I'll consider adding another option.

If you have 2 Diplo policy's.
It will cost you 1 DIP.
If your one over max Relations you also lose one DIP.
That's why its kinda worthless.

Worthless if you take more then 1 in Diplomatic
