No Limits Nation Designer

This mod simply makes custom nations more 'custom' and free. Last update: v1.37

-Changes idea level limit to 25.
-Max point is high enough to take the whole world and 25 lvl ideas.
-Limits on province distance is removed. In the nation designer, you can take any province that is far away from your capital.
-Max custom country limit is 100.

-New ideas to the nation designer
1: "Deus vult" as a national custom idea + it gives +1% missionary strenght per level.
2: "Same Religion Coast Raiders" + it gives 10% naval force limit modifier per level.
3: "Royal Society" +1 adm, +1 dip +1 mil per level, all combined in this idea.
4: "Secured Legitimacy" gives bonuses equivalent to legitimacy depending on government type.
5: "Architectural Revolution" -20 build cost, -20 build time, +1 building slot per level.
6: "Extensive Humanism" combines every tolerance and max tolerance ideas in one idea.
7: "Puppeteer of the Estates" +5 all estate loyalty equilibrum, -5 all estate influence and gives +1 max estate privilege.
8: Added Economy Bundle and some of the idea sets as a custom idea(offensive, innovative etc.)
Idea sets as a custom idea gives all bonuses of its normal set bonuses in 1 custom idea; Horde, Offensive, Diplomatic, Trade and Innovative idea sets is now avaible.

-Rulers can have 4 personalities.
-Ruler, heir and consort age limits can be choosen between 0-100.

-Transfered nation designer defines from defines.lua to a private .lua file. This will increase the compatibility with the other mods.
