Eating without a table is a war crime

The Simple Warrants mod lets other factions put a price on your colonists' heads if you do things like mistreat prisoners. Would it be possible to add a compatibility patch for this mod so that if your pawn eats without a table the leader of your colony attracts a bounty for having committed a war crime? I'm only about 75% joking here.

now make it reduce every faction goodwill by -5

You should make a social impact too, so everyone will hate that guy who preffered to ate without a table when there were an 'extremally impressive dining room' nearby lol
