A bit late, I know, but this belt does work in combat. It restores X vitality every turn.

Any reason one can think of that this item would only work outside of combat? Effectively making it useless.

'Cause that's where I'm at with it, as without the healing it's simply a very expensive belt with minor buffs.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
