New OP Idea - Phil Swift

Just the same OP Idea, But this one has a twist in it, A Phil Swift in it.

Phil Swift Stats

So, meet Phil Swift,
Most likely you already know this man but now he is part of the team rainbow.
So now that you understand the basic idea of Phil as an Operator in the rainbow team, let me explain his stats and bio,
He is a 3 Speed and 3 Armor operator, I know, It sounds strange because he should be 1 Armor or 1 speed to have something else as 3, But thanks to his Flex Seal which makes him a 3 Armor, and can be added up with the rook plates and by that he will have more health then the normal OPs, and has the speed.
Phil is an attacker and defender, He can attack both teams and win the game by himself as he counts as a team by himself If that does happen then Phil will cut the map in half and then rebuild it with flex tape.
Phil's Bio, at first he worked as a presenter of Flex Seal Products after a few months the Rainbow Team has seen him and decided to recruit him up to the team, He still keeps representing Flex Seal Products, All the other info about Phil is sealed with flex seal.

Phil's Guns and Gadget

Phil has two primary weapons,
Phils first primary is made mostly out of Flex Seal and other flex products, The gun shoots flex seal liquid and enemies that get hit by it become stunned and after a second they are able to move normally although they cannot run fast, the whole round or until Phil gets killed, Once Phil is killed they are able to move normally.
The magazine holds 35 rounds of flex seal liquid, the fire rate of the gun is 350, it shoots a three-round burst with almost no recoil for the first six shots.
Phil can put on his gun an ACOG and roam around thanks to his speed no other attachments are available for him.

Phils Second primary is another one that made with flex tape, But this one shoots full automatic, which allows Phil to mow down enemies easily without a hard time, but the recoil on this primary is really hard and will most likely be hard to control to balance it out.
The damage is minimal on the gun, and has the flex seal liquid shots too, the more a target is hit with these rounds they are slowed down even more until Phil is dead.

Phil doesn't have a secondary, His secondary weapon is his gadget, He has Flex Seal Tape, which he can block windows and doorways with and he can use it as a trap on the floors and by that he can catch targets and make them stand in the place until a teammate comes to assist them.
The Flex Seal Tape has six charges which can be used on anything, Floors, Doors, Windows, And even other ops to give them more bullet resistance.
